🛍️ Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we’ll gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

You receive the wrong item

Your order is lost in transit (with valid tracking confirmation)
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase

Delayed shipping due to carrier issues

Orders placed with an incorrect address (customer error)
📦 Shipping Costs
Refunds include the product cost and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
